indrahar pass trek

The Indian state of Himachal Pradesh is home to the high mountain pass known as Indrahar Pass. It connects the districts of Kangra and Chamba and is located in the Dhauladhar range of the Himalayas. The pass, which is one of the most well-known trekking routes in the area, is located at an elevation of 4,342 metres (14,245 feet) above sea level. Trekking through thick forests and alpine meadows on the way to the pass rewards hikers with breathtaking vistas of the Himalayan ranges. Typically, the journey begins at McLeod Ganj and continues through Triund, Laka Got, Lahesh Cave, and the pass. The trek is rated as intermediate in difficulty, and it typically takes 4-5 days to complete. When the rhododendron blossoms are in full bloom from May to June, the trek is especially lovely.
